My name is Samuel Iglesias Gonsálvez, I am a Spanish guy who born in Principado de Asturias, a region in the North of Spain. I have Bachelor and Masters Degree in Telecommunication Engineering, both degrees at University of Oviedo (Spain). Also, I am involved on a PhD in the area of digital signal processing focused in array of radars.

Nowadays, I work as Project Associate at CERN (Geneva, Switzerland). My main tasks are: create and maintain Linux device drivers for a real-time kernel and colaborate in the project Open Hardware Repository (OHWR) doing a production test suite for boards.

I'm very interested in new technologies, free software and GNU/Linux, as you can read in my personal blog. My hobbies are photography, football, go hiking and travel abroad when I can.

Professional interests

I am interested on work in Unix programming, digital signal processing and embedded systems, among others. My ideal job will be developing free software in one of these interest areas or at least, using free software to develop.
